Sweet Rub
A Great Rub for Pork.
2 1/2 cups Basic Rub
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container, if not using immediately. Rub on any meat, but works great with pork ribs, butt, or steaks.
Makes about 3 cups.
