Hot Rub
My "Turn Up The Heat Rub". You aren't limited to cayenne pepper either. "Boot it up" using pepper flakes, white pepper, or any other dry hot spice.
2 cups Basic Rub or Sweet Rub
1/4 cup cayenne pepper
Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container, if not using immediately. Rub on any meat.
Makes 2 1/4 cups.
