Back Rub
My family's favorite rub for pork ribs.
2 cups Sweet Rub
3 tbs cayenne pepper
2 tbs black pepper
Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container, if not using immediately. Rub on any meat, but works great with pork ribs.
Makes 2 1/4 cups.
